Are these blanks painted all the way or do they stop before the butt? Going to build a cranking split grip and need it finished all the way down.

Need a blank that is close to a Fenwick 1870. Needs to be in honey color to match the same was looking at Lamiglas MB84-1E-H or MB84-2F-H. Need some advice because well this blank was before my time and need to know which of the two would be close to the 1870. thanks wes

yes had a problem this week. Built him 6 trolling rods with Mot's Custom Rods logo then had his name that he wanted on it with blank specs. See the problem is i work in racing industry and the way he sees it is the cars get payed for the name on them for sponsorship. now i have been in the racing industry for 16 years and I do see where he come from but he must not be to mad because he came

Did a microwave guide challenge this afternoon at a tackle shop here in High Point NC. Well the response was " wow i never thought of that and how much the line make that much noise. Did the Challenge on a Bushido DS69/4-10 blank with microwaves against a G Loomis SJR 842 GL3 cone of flight guides. Thanks Ben Stein could have done it with out you.

from front of lip of spool i just got in from setting up one and had to move the stripper guide up a 1 inch and the transnsition guide up 1/2 inch

19 1/2 to butt guide 30 1/2 for transition guide 39 7/8 for running guide. this will get you in the ball park but can move up and down to fit your reel size.
