ok so a big mistake taken on my part. i went to a local fabric store and bought a lot of sulky threads in holoshimmer and metalics. but this is not sulky after getting out in the shop the brand is gutermann 100%viscose. says it is like rayon so there we go. you would think i couldnt read. im giving this stuff to mom to sew with,haha all the sulky stuff looking back did great but not this stu

has any one had problem with sulky thread looking burnt after epoxy. before even putting heat to it also so not burning epoxy. 3 coats of cp help please 4 wrap and still having problems

Going to build a spinning rod with k series guides from fuji. Is my layout the same as on the concepts that I've built before. Rod is going to be a 7'6" med. fast. 8 to 10 pound line will be used on these rods but wondering if any one has used the guides yet?

the tread got darker around the gap from hook keeper and also around the guides but ive never had a problem before till now. think it might be time to order some new u 40 and start over on the rod

got a older 10foot surf rod to repair the 1st guide on. it is a wire frame with a insert inside of a shock ring. Who made these and can i still get these anymore? and also how do you go about measuring these guide with shock ring? could be a 40 or 50

150. line slap
have anyone had a problem with line slappng blank when retrieving on slack line? I have move the first guide from 17 to 23inches from front of spool and is all the same. fist guide is 30 then steps down to a 10
