There's plenty of them and I hate to leave anyone out, but here's a couple I have personal experience with:

St. Croix

4S66-MLF2
4S70-MLF2

For that matter, any good popping rod blank will make a pretty darn good light smallmouth rod.

There are many MHX blanks that are two piece.

Also, many of those blanks would be suitable for different types of small mount fishing.

Are you fishing live bait I just built two rods using MHX 1022 8'6" Med-Lt Fast Action Lure 3/16 to 1/2 and I used the Microwave guides with 1 extra running guide. This is a Salmon / Steelhead blank but it is great for SM using live bait and and lures I fish Northern Ontario, They work great for me you can use very light line and let this rod do the work. Got them from Mud Hole.

Curtis,

If 3 and 4 piece rods are an option, I have an SB720-4 and SB781-3 from Batson, and they are very nice blanks for the money. They will handle most of what you need to do for smallmouth where 1/4oz. or less of lead is needed. I've found them to be quite versatile. I'll put these rods in the truck in a section of PVC and reels in a felt sack and use them when I want to take a quick trip on foot. I've fished everything from crappie jigs to T-rigs with 1/8oz. weights on the SB720-4. The SB781-3 is nice for smallmouth sized jigs and smaller spinnerbaits/buzzbaits.

Also worth a look, though I haven't built on them are the 2 piece MHX MB and SJ blanks.

The MHX SJ9000 is one of my personal favorite blanks for smallies. I use it for tubes and drop shots on lake erie.
