Seeker BS706S Paint?

Are these blanks painted all the way or do they stop before the butt? Going to build a cranking split grip and need it finished all the way down.

I've seen them both ways. Most aren't painted all the way to the butt in my experience, with about 4 inches or so left unfinished at the butt.
