Mychael, I can tell you what use if that will help. I use a 12 and 10 double foot, an 8 single foot and the rest 6 single foot and 6 tip top. I find that sooner or later, the customer will use it for frogging or flipping, etc. and may use a knot from main line to leader - therefore the 6's help it pass better. That being said, I've also built rod that heavy and long with 1 #8 double foot fo

I've had all the same concerns - You will notice if you call the numbers on the RODgeeks site, you are actually calling St. Croix in MN. I asked for a single point contact and here is the response..."My name is Debbie and my direct phone number is 1-800-826-7042, ext. 122 I am the only one who does customer service for Rod Geeks. Thanks."

I use many RodGeek blanks for builds - I consider them every bit as good as the SC as even though they are mfg in Mexico (Still North America) they are built with SC recipes. The price point is a winner for my Bass market and have never had a problem. Don't be afraid of these!

These are proprietary to Duckett so you will need to call them. They were very good in helping me this past summer when I needed tips and guides. Well, found my notes and they may be Artus 7mm on the guides, but I do remember receiving the tips in the mail direct. Try email: sean@duckettfishing.c

I'm in the process of changing all my spinning rods to the Microwave system; they're that good. I find them sturdy and have caught Largemouth, smallmouth, stripers and hybrid up to 25#. The stripper guide stands tall so caution must be taken about stepping on them.

I used the pac bay orange with a silver underwrap for my sons UT rod. Got a decal from M'hole and it turned out great.

If right handed, but in on the lift side of the blank - opposite if Left handed. Line doesn't catch it and it's handy. Been doing it that way for years with no problems. Second choice is down. Cheers

It's not uncommon for manufactures to ship their 240V items without an AC Plug as so many countries have different style receptacles. Hope things get worked out for you. Cheers

Many bass fisherman I know still use pistol grip rods for close cover spinner bait fishing. I agree with the 5 to 6 foot rod length, Medium with fast tip. Good luck
