What ever blank you get, make sure you get a maker that supports the blank , not one that you can't get to , one that will contact you, check some of the old post an find out the

one is fairly hard the other is soft , with the use that glue joint would work against one another an would be more problems that just EVA or CORK altogether , I think ,

get a cheep BLANK to work on first an see how it comes out before you do it to a GOOd SAGE, I think, most of the jobbers on the left have cheep blanke to work on

When you turn the bottle over do it slowly so the cap gets full with no bubbles near the tip of syringe some times a bubble will get trapped in the cap, also if you are loading a large syringe you will create a vacuum,
an bubbles come in around the stopper . take an play with it an see where the bubble comes from ,

if you put paint on a hard surface the paint will not crack just wear down , but if you put it on a semi soft surface [ cork ] it will crack over time , letting the water, fish grime get under it , I do believe , could be wrong ,
