i know this question has probably been asked numerous times but when cutting and desiging an eva grip with different colors what does one use to glue the eva grip together before sanding it smooth and can you protect it from coming apart or do i just leave it glued and it will be alright. thanks for any help or advice

Hello all and i wish everyone a blessed holiday season. I got a rod from my mom for christmas and i never seen a rod like this the whole rod blank is transparent for the exception of the guide wraps. But the whole rod is clear and looks pretty cool does anyone know where to get some clear rod blanks. This one says made in china and it says country boy fishing. No size, height or action specificat

I got an old fenwick rod at a garage sale in pretty good condition. I noticed the bottom guides i have never seen one like this. Is it collapseable or helps with pressure it has a spring in it and looks like brace on the outside of the guide frame. I tried adding a pic of it but cant. Hello all I am redoing an old rod i picked up. It has a wooden handle in great condition that i am going to restain, but how can i take off the old reel seat without damaging the rod? I stripping off the guides a repainting it but i am stuck on getting the old reel seat of. Any suggestion. Thought about cutting with a dremel tool but as a last resort.

Hello Rod builders I actually have 2 questions. (1) what is a good spray paint for rods? Mud hole shows " custom rod builders spray paint" it looks a lot like krylon fusion is that it? And question #2 has any one ever wrapped there rod but with the twine mud hole shows along with the new turks knot and if so what's a good way to seal it? Thanks

hey guys i got a microwave motor from a friend to use as a rod dryer. how would i wire it to make it work do i use go directly to 110 or do i use a 24v transformer. also has any one used a microwave turntable motor as a rod dryer. it ac120v,60hz,3rpm 2w. thanks for any sugeestions.
