Hi all,

I just wanted to introduce myself. Im Alex Ramirez. I am getting into rod building to first build the rods I always wanted and then to use that experience to build the rods everyone else wants. Rod building is going to be a hobby for me now but it would easily fit into my product line up.

Either way im currently researching my first build a light action spinning rod with a split butt paired to a nice saltwater high retrieve rate 6-10lb test reel.

The goal is to go after some line weight records in the IGFA with the rod. I love chasing big fish on 6 and 8lb test.

Ill be asking for yalls input and direction as I creep along on this build and I look forward to hearing all of your input and opinions.

Tight Lines!!!
Alex R.
