Thanks - The horizontal bars have a slot machined in them that matches the width of the upright bar. Once put together, a right angle with always be maintained. I used ball bearings in the wheels - # R3ZZ.

I have used a lot of Klass Kote to put a protective clear coat on re-painted lures, jig heads and spinnerbaits. It is easy to spray and little practice is needed to get a glass like finish. The cured finish is very tough but I do not think is flexible once it has cured. After a 7 day cure, it is very hard to leave a impression in the finish with your fingernail. I have never tried to apply it on

I turned down a short piece of 1/2 inch aluminum rod to 1/4 inch diameter -- I left a flange 1 inch from one end to butt the cork rings up -- threaded the short end -- I then made a aluminum ferrule to fit the inside of the butt end then drilled and threaded it then glued it in. I have made fighting butts in several different lengths for different applications on these rods.

The chuck can be cleaned to almost new condition. Take a allen wrench and remove the three aluminum jaws first ---- easier not having to work around them. I would use a wire brush first then move on to a medium emory cloth with a light machine oil. You should find some machine marks/lines that go around the chuck -- you will remove more rust and crud if you brush and sand following the lines

I use 1/8" masking tape to wrap the syringes at the 1cc and 2cc marks.

The difference in both pulley sizes should put your drying speed around 10 revolutions a minute.

Pick up a syringe from a veterinarian, pet supply store or farm supply store -- the ones used for large animals have larger needles and will work the best.
