I use a high speed cutting bit in the Dremel to remove reel seats...it leaves a gap about 1/4" wide...the wide gap allows you to keep a eye on the blank. The Tica seats come off very easy...the ones I have worked on had spacers and shims that made out of a cardboard tube.

Lowes or Home Depot carry several sizes of rollers...just add o-rings. You can also purchase replacement rollers from Flexcoat or other brands.

The 3 and 4 jaw chucks from Taig have aluminum jaws. I do not know of a quality chuck that is threaded for a 3/8" spindle...most are 3/4" to 1". There are lots of the Taig chucks on the Photo page.

Put on another coat or two of your Flex Coat...just be sure that the lacquer is completely dry.

Before you remove the logo, make sure removing it will not void any warranty on your blank.

The search engine Alta Vista has a language translation feature...I think it is called "babble fish" or something similiar.
