Half the time I dont know what I want until I see it and the other half is I dont know what the product is or looks like from the description . I'm sure you have lots of cool stuff but until I can see what I'm ordering …………………...

So like it says this is an 11' 3/4 wt build and while I have the guide placement I dont have the guide sizes . I'm thinking a 10 mm to an 8mm stripper and then 1/0 all the way out to the top . Sound about right ? TIA Ron PS: These are single foot guides and its intended use is for swinging streamers and wets .

I have a few blanks that are matt in finish however when I wrapped them they turned shiny at the guides . Is it possible to make the rest of the rod shiny with perma gloss or Cpx ? What would be the process ? As always TIA .

I put the rod butt in the corner and then raised the tip to the ceiling until it was bending pretty good . Looked like it was a fast action to me but its so darn wimpy . I was going to do the cc thing but no where to anchor eye level or so . Thanks again guys .

I received a rod today and it's supposed to be a fast action rod . I don't think it is as it is very wimpy and seems like a slow action to me . Is there a way to determine the actual action ? As always , TIA ron

I purchased an S Glass blank and didn't like the color so I stripped it last night . It turned out a decent looking white that I can see the rings in so I thought I may just keep it that way . My question is , do I need to clear it with something or can I get away with just polishing the blank ? I thought about trying to use an outdoor stain of some sorts or maybe even ritz dye to change the colo

That rod causes more trouble than it's worth . I don't use mine and haven't since my first build . Set your tension and like David said , back it up and roll your thread back if you have to back up .. BTW , if you're having trouble with the tip top wrapping give me a shout through email or pm and I'll tell you what I stumbled on , works great on crb wrappers . Better yet do a youtube search for t
