Drill your 1-1/4" hole in a clamped down piece of wood. Make sure nothing moves while now installing 1" forstner. Now drill into the 1-1/4" hole to see if both bits are running the same or if one is a little crooked or has a little wobble.

Type "Microwave" only in search box. Fifth row down. Try anything that makes sense and you will only see a picture of it. Anything new always takes time to work out the kinks. If my memory is correct when Baston changed their catalog. Everyone screamed "the sky is falling" until they were able to finally adjust it to how they invisioned it.

First all sales tax is charged at 'point of possession' rate. If you buy something in Florida and pick it up there you pay Florida sales tax. If you buy something in Florida and have it shipped to you in NYS you must pay NYS sales tax. But it the company is not registered with NYS to collect and pay NYS all collected tax then they can not legally charge you sales tax. By law you are supposed

If you are not a computer guy and new to building then I would suggest you go to mudhole, left click on the 'rodbuilding' dropdown tab. Now under 'components' left click on 'more'. Left click on the third box right to left 'books & vidio'. Left click on first box 'rodbuilding books'. Select the first two books to buy. Book #2 will help you crawl, book #1 will help you walk. Both books w

I use 35-40 pennies as a starting tension weight for my bass rods and have been happy with that so far. Once I get up to or past the choker I pay attention to my rod to see if I should slacken it up some.

Also when I used to file excise for oil and gas, you only had 90 days to file for the credit and if you missed it you had to wait for end of fiscal year and claim credit with corporate tax.

Did you just get your EIN in January? Could be the left hand has not shaken hands with the right hand yet hence forth the credit. Best to call first before filing for refund and then paying penalty and interest. It does not matter who made the mistake or gave you misinformation when it comes to taxes without do diligence on your part. If they still insist you have a refund then at latter date

I don't know this for a fact but here is how I think it works. I think guides used to be listed by size with a letter. L = Low; M = Medium; H = High. Next Fuji came out with a new guide called the KL guide to be used like or replace the LV guides. Ok, so everyone called them the K guides. Then Fuji came out with the KL-H guides because they thought it was funny to confuse us even more

I would not use acetone to wipe down or clean my rods but at only 1/3 part of what's being applied and applying to the wraps not the rod as a thin coat should not be a problem.

Oh yea! After boss retired I was able to buy right tools for the job and prove to them production expense is way more long term than equipment expenses. (As long as I did not get Tim Taylor-itis) It also helped that I had someone who could build anything ten time better that I could. I was more the idea and homework guy.

If you have a drill press with that router take a scrap 2x4 clamped to the table and drill a hole slightly bigger than grip. Add painters tape to grip to equal hole 1-1/2" down. Slip in "centered hole" from bottom and add correct bit. Years ago when I have a very cheap boss I bought cheap draw guides and attached to pallet lumber. Clamp down electric drill and draw slides. T

I dont deal with the DOE any more (thank god) but if memory serves me right 100W "incadescent" bulbs were being phased out a few years ago and replacements would product less heat.

For wood: Sand lightly with 150. Cut paint qty needed to 50/50. That is your primer coat. Sand lightly 220 (I like using wet/dry paper). Cut paint qty needed to 75/25. That is your first coat. Sand lightly 220. Paint full strength. Sand lightly 220 then 320. Repeat as nessary sanding to grit you like.

If using a chop saw make cut on left side of saw and then take the mating piece and ever so slightly trim on right side of saw.

I don't understand. If you are a small business why can't you just complete a W-9 with your TIN. Ask for their TIN also to make sure they are registered to collect taxes in your state.

Had the same experience in Nov 2013 with Jamie and my very first order for all the components to build two blanks I already had. You would of thought I was placing a 2,000 dollar order instead of a 200 dollar order. He went in the back more than once to make sure the parts were correct and the right fight for what I wanted. Some of the parts Jamie said were not a perfect fit but that my soluti
