Well after cutting of the Artsy fartsy Halibut I decided to go with a White Seabass in Kelp worked up on Owens P2W from Chucks painting. It is a 6 layer, 100x130 with A pattern thread and Ax2 Wrap thread(having some fun experimenting with this). Thru in a Throop Tiger with 5 threads under and 5 with 4 sacrificials over, same under the guide and some JTOB just to set things off. Awesome in the sun

Well It is mostly done. I might add a couple techniques after I pop it cherry on Reds and Specks in Texas. The Handle is a Blabaum Special. I think he told me the spider web was made from my very own Budweiser Cans.(it makes a good story anyway. Tiger in the split grip with Met Purple and Flo Chartreuse sent to me. Cross Wrap variation off the optical and the weave is the Badass Bass originally d

Interesting result with pearl and black optical over a red white and blue wrap. End result almost and abalone look in the pearl. Real evident in the sun.

This happens to me often enough to keep my ego in check. Great disappointment in this one. I wanted to change colors of both fish and backround. Ended up with the bones melting into the lighter backround. Also more gaps than the teeth of my first date in high school. Likey do to the Holland Satin Tone thread I used as the wrap thread which is harder than Gudebrod and of course the Golden Yea
