I believe Flex Coat used to sell a kit that had a centering tool and the sleeves so you could make your own since their bit size is limited. I'd reach out to them directly and see how they can help.

The Grass Flats Classic Inshore Tx out of Destin, FL was won this weekend by ALX Rods Pro Staffer Bryson Bratcher and his partner. They had 11.8# with big fish of 6.7# Bryson was using ALX Spinning rods with carbon fiber handles and a 16, 8, 6, 4 set up with Fuji Ti guides. Castaway blanks were in the mix out there as well! Congrats to the winners and carbon fiber MICRO rods.

Red metallic and black under, candy apple red on top. I think the monochromatic holos are subtle but very attractive.

Closed in a screened in porch. Has it's own climate control thanks to a mini split system and is accessible from the side of the house so customers can come in without being in the house. Still got some work to do to it, but I had to get rods out so right now it is what it is.

Crummy picture because I had to get it off my video camera, but I was standing there and my little girl hopped up and decided to start acting like Dad. It was even better when she had my glasses on! $5 says she'll be better than me if she keeps up!

1st attempt at a custom handle. Simple chevron with garnet, black, and metallic silver. Real happy with it. Need to get some epoxy on it and some labels. Labels will go on the exposed blank at butt. May add a couple wraps of met silver on the guides. Not sure yet. I ended up with 8 guides on a 6'2" rod, but that XF tip had a really sharp curve when I did my static test. Oh, spiral wrappe

Finished this. Suggestions on the end wraps? I'm not happy with the colors. I think I might duplicate the red/yellow fade or maybe a gold trim band. I also noticed in the enlargement what looks like the spine. I guess I missed being on center with that, but I sure couldn't see it with the naked eye (FYI... cheapo blank for practice). Thanks Doc for the info you sent. My end wraps look better than
