Get the slide adjust and your problems will go away. The spring adjust do not work for small dia rod tapers I would tell them to exchange them if this is a new wrapper!! The worst part is - They don't work and they Know it !!

I'm sure someone will chime in and correct me if I'm wrong. Great Guides!! Neve

Take a look the american tackle Microwave Guides, They are known to be great for a spiral wraps, Look at how Fast they choke the line down, And yes you have to large, And to many sizes in your build that are Not needed for a casting rod. Just my 2 cents. --

I do the same as Roger with a nut & washer on each to tighten them up, But I still use a bit of wax on the rod for easy backing out. I use Titebond for my glue-ups, And have had some corrosion on my rods from the water based glue, And this keeps the corrosion in check.

No JOY here on my end. This is what I received with Goggle , The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. And this is what I get with M/S Explorer, The domain getbitoutdoors.com is no longer parked by GoDaddy. Sooo I would say the server is down. Cheers Jaa
