This what I use.Works Great, will handle 6V to 30V auto detect, So you don't need to set it. 100 rpm is fine, and reduce down to dry. Make sure your slip clutch work's, So you don't stall and trash your motor or gearbox, This is pre- wired, So all you do is connect you power input, And your motor output. Mount it in a small vented plastic box to keep things neat.

The construction appears to {me} as being very close to, Or very similar to the, Fuji line of, Point Blank Series of Blanks, ??? Being Spiral wound V/S A more Linear type construction? In the carbon fiber layout? Would that be correct in general in my assumption ??

Just make sure you use the new {Tack-Free} I used the Solarez thin on guides wraps on a white blank, The customer did not want epoxy that would yellow over time! on a white blank. Color preserver was used first.

Larry, I find a Steady Rest to be helpful, It can be anything, Block of wood or upside down coffee cup, anything you can nest you hand on, Just find the right height your comfortable with. Just make sure it's clean and blow or wipe off any dust before you use it.

I won't use them, And I won't use EVA ether! Even for freshwater, If that's what a customer want's I send them down the Road. I build my rods to Last. So It's cork or carbon fiber. I built my first rod Well over 20 years ago, And yep the guide wrap epoxy has cracks in it, The cork handle is very dirty, But it is 100% intact and that rod was fished Hard trolling for eye's in rod holders for ho

I use braid exclusively with minima's on my walleye casting rod, But I don't use their tip tops, With Braid i always use a good tip top with Zirconium or alconite etc. Same thing when I Use American Tackle, AirWave guides I just use a good tip top, with a good insert. I would guess some of these rods have upwards of 3-5 thousand casts maybe more? I see No ware or tear at all on the other guides w
