Thanks Chris, Well it really didn't take me long, I had a problem with the threads gapping, which are still there if you really lookhard at it. And for as patience, LOL I don't have any at all but when I sit there in front of a blank its like throw out the window (patience that is) and start wrappping. But really it only took me about week to do it between work and other things going on.

Thanks guys, I will keep that in mind on the color change for sure. Don't get me wrong I like the Gudebrod thread, but there is a lot more colors in the ebroidery world and I wished they would make it in D size, since I build a lot of surfrods, I guess I could double wrap the guides. Thanks to all you helping me out. Well I tried everything and it didn't work, so I am going to pull the last four wraps off and try it again. I'm thinking maybe the thread is twisting and rolling away from the design, I am going to try wrapping it from the other direction and see if that works. Glen
