Yannick, I would strongly encourage you to contact American Tackles European Sales manager Dan Paluch, he is a rod designer/builder who routinely works with clients/brands for this exact type of fishing. He can give you honest feed back for our Bushido jigging and popping blanks as well as what his other long time customers/anglers prefer, even to exact exotic location. dan

Please do not consider this a "hi-jack" of a question about the kr concept but there are some questions about the MicroWave guides that need to be addressed. #1. It is true that the MicroWave guides are sold in sets. A lot of testing went into perfect the system. We have seen many builders try and to change it and they did not achieve optimal performance, this is the reason that they

Thank you for the question Jerry. As you can see they are well loved and for a good reason....they work. I will continue to let other builders jump in on the conversation with their unbiased opinions but I wanted to make a couple comments. 1. The reason they are sold in a complete set is because extensive testing was done and this set up outperforms all other combinations that were tested.

We are expecting them by the end of January. I have been told by a Champion Collegiate Angler that this is "The Perfect 10XD blank" This is in our Bushido line which utilizes Japa

I would highly recommend looking at the new MicroWave 50 set. It is up to 48% lighter than other systems over-all and the running train is up to 73% lighter.... see them here and get them from your favorite supplier.

Thanks Jeremy... Sorry I was not able to get back to you sooner Cameron. Jeremy is right with the set, no need to worry about sizes the set has been tuned for best performance. If you want to run standard guides on a rod like this with the 8 and 4's, I would personally add a 6 in between but it is not absolutely necessary.

Hello Cameron, we use single foot for the full train all the time, even for 10XD rods. Check out the MicroWave casting set, it will be perfect for what you are doing. Have fun
