The cut-off date for special room rates for both the Embassy Suites and the Marriott is January 20th. After that, there may still be rooms available but the rates are nearly double what they are until the 20th. If you're coming and want to stay directly across the street from the exhibition hall, book your rooms now.

I wouldn't do it any other way anymore. Stayed at the Embassy last year and didn't have to get in my truck for the whole weekend. Walked everywhere we needed to go!

And the embassy does not charge you $20 for breakfast if you are a guest!
