Yesterday I pulled snakeskins from a couple paper bags that I had been keeping them in and they were bent, curled and creased. Yes, I should've seen that coming but as a frequent non-thinker I get what I deserve. That got me wondering - how do you keep extra or left-over snakeskins flat, dry, and perfect for the next use? Many thanks. John M.

How do a I look at a guide and tell it's size? I have a broken rod in which I'd like to buy new guides but I don't know their sizes by just looking at them. Thank you.

I cut up cork with a cork jig then take the pie shaped wedges, glue the sides and cinch them together with one of those plastic tie things. When I start to cinch it tight, glue starts coming out between the pie pieces. What do you use to clean up the glue? I'm worried that DNA many change the look of the cork. Thank you.
