Keeping Snake skins in good shape

Yesterday I pulled snakeskins from a couple paper bags that I had been keeping them in and they were bent, curled and creased.
Yes, I should've seen that coming but as a frequent non-thinker I get what I deserve.
That got me wondering - how do you keep extra or left-over snakeskins flat, dry, and perfect for the next use?
Many thanks.
John M.

If you have small pieces, find an old heavy encyclopedia and put them in the pages.

I roll mine up fairly tight and put a rubber band around them. I have a plastic storage box with quite a few of them in it and some Were purchased at the EXPO a couple years ago. They are in excellent shape
