Todd can you give an update on that blank madness sale by any chance
Almost got a heap when it went to 25% off when you got more than 4 but that didn't last long.
Also, what is the postage cost for blanks to Aus? I can't work it out on the site very well. I'd like to know that maximum number you can put into a package so I stop at that number to maximize the postage efficiency. Or does it no

There is a St Croix SCIII, 3C76MHMF that's a little heavier but fits the specs and the newer SCV blanks are on special right now and the 5C76MHMF-B-10 suits. There is also the 4C76MHMF but is not on special. The Phenix Ultra MBX Super Flipper series have a 10 to 20 and a 12 to 30 pound couple of blanks that are faster action, SF-76ML-3X-B and 5X- B respectively.
Not sure if any of those will sui

Ben I've seen a few threads now on the jigging blanks and they look good. I've been thinking of pulling the trigger on a batch of them. Do you sell wholesale to aus and if so can I get prices on postage please? this is important as it could cost $100 to post for one blank and still $100 for 10.
I like the BVJ58300 and 400 plus the LS7/8-15, 10-20 and 12-25 look interesting. The CB68/6-12 and the

Just because the ring material is harder than the line, the line can still eventually wear into the ring and groove it. One is not 100% sacrificial to the other. Because the line is traveling across the surface of the ring it will have an abrasive effect. Braid is not smooth either so that effect is amplified as it can act in a type of sawing effect. That said, Alconite is sufficiently hard enoug

We've only used it on spin reels and it is brilliant. Having said that be aware there is a US range and a UK range. The US line only goes to 12lb and the UK all the way to 28 lb. After trialling and loving the 12lb US stuff we bought some 12lb UK spools and straight away noticed the difference in thickness visually. I'm confident that if I had of gotten the UK 28lb it would be the same as the US

Hello all.
Has anyone built a baitcaster set up on a Loomis Mahogany MB783 left at full length? The guides I was going to put on were 8 in total, a 16, 12, three 10s, three 8s then an 8 tip. Rear and foregrips Are fairly typical lengths for a light rod if that has any effect.
Thanks in advance.

That's and excellent tutorial. Worth pointing out though the formula for the circumference of a circle is Pi X D.

The symetre is a beautiful little reel performance wise but you'll need to take care of it in the salt. Mine did not last as long as I would like nor the other friends who had them. I used it in an open boat at sea though chasing tuna. Don't let that put you off though but something to keep in mind. I have some Penn Conquers now and they are better corrosion wise by a fair margin and perform pret

Hello everyone. A newbie rod builder here with a simple question I hope to start things off.
Can anyone provide some feedback on the difference between the Fuji MN versus the LN frames please? I'm going to build some bait casters and was thinking of going for the TLNSG ones on one rod but also like the ICMNSG and ICLNSG guides so may try a few sets. I might even go for the CMNAG. will the ICLN
