Ok, heres the problem, anyone know where I can find cork in about 1" diameter with the smallest ID hole possible? Like 1/8in or even a little smaller? Making some smelt poles and well, the blanks are pencil lead thin and just don't like how the 1/4" grips I have are workin. thanks, steve

I nee a little help organizing this project. My sons Boy Scout troop wants to go ice fishing this winter. Most of the boys lack the equipment. What we are thinking is to have a rod building night. I'm going to build some Lake Trout ice rods. I like the looks of the black framed/silver ring guides I have seen on some of the lower end Berkley rods. I have not seen a source for these guides, anybody know where I can get them. they look to be very light wieght and should hold up well in the cold, that my theroy any how.
