I will probably be doin mostly the pitching technique, on the spiral, would it be better for me to to start the butt guide and the other guides with larger micros, until I get to the 180degree guide, or should I just go all 3.0, or 3.5 mm? Oh! and thank you for the feed back, it was great, I learn alot off of this forum!

On a spiral would the spine on the rod be the same as you would when putting guides on the conventional way. since most of the guides will be on the bottom of the rod, like a spinning rod, i would like to know if I should just put the guides on like you would when putting the guides on the conventional way, or should i put them on as if building a spinning rod, Thank you , hoping for some answer

I was asked this ?, "on a reel seat, does it really need arbors or not?, cause, if the reel seat fits really good like snug, would it be alright to just glue it on that way?" I did not know what to answer, so if anyone knows if he can just glue the reel seat without the arbors, or if he would need to use arbors, please let me know, i would not want his reel seat to come unglued. lol!

To those who have used a foam brush on applying PG to the entire rod, I have a ?, what size of foam brush would be better to use, and how do you position the rod to do the brushing? I have tried putting the rod horizontal on a clamp, but it caused drops on the other side and I can,t get it all using the do one side then flip and do the other, I always miss the sides, and by then the PG gets tack
