Hardest thing I have encountered on the combo rod is getting a spinning reel to fit a fly seat without modifing the spinning reel feet.

Since my building area is only 10 X 10 my bench is only 24" deep and 8' long and it is more than adequate as far as depth for the wrapper

That doesn't tell you anything but the inner ID, not a thing about the receiving hood that covers the cork or eva ID that I can see.

I use nothing but the crafty's cutter on all my cork handles, even the recess on non fly rod grips if I want to install a button, or other recessed item into them. For my wooden grips, I use a pen barrel trimmer and then a Dremel to enlarge it to size.

Why would you ever want to ream or sand on the same unit you wrap and apply finish on and risk the factor of dust or contamination.

I have to agree with Eugene both of those would probably fit the requirements quite well. The Batson F764-2 should fit right in, especially if price comes into play.

I have a turncrafter pro VS and have turned hundreds of inserts and grips and never had one single issue with it. It has now been replaced by the turncrafter commander, but basically the same.
