I use Stabilo Pencils I got from a Art Suppy, White #3052 or Yellow #8044. They can be Sharpened in a Pencil Sharpener to fairly fine point. And they are harder than china markers,and rub off easily

I have a clemens Lathe with a drying motor attached that you just move belt to engage dryer, Had help from roger wilson building the DC power system so unit is fully reversable
Bed is 11 ft I can build and dry surf rods

Built Mine on top of two 12" X16" Cheap cabinets raised up on 3" wood frames to give me a comfortable height for my roller stool. Built a full length pedal for control of the Motor 3/4" plywood top 12 ft. My Clemens was converted to DC power. The metal strip on the front ( black knobs) controls direction of rotation

As above Abalone rolled on Blank the then coated with a layer of Epoxy, Then mounted the seat and Coated the Wraps

JAY Those rods in my post are hanging in a uninsulated metal garage, have not had any problems with warp or bending. They are heavier rods most rated over 6 OZ. Been hanging like that for years

I have a seat that is ferruled that is 23.75 ID at the butt end and the ferrule male fitting is 22.23 ID Varmac RS-3 and it is New
OD at center of seat is 27.14
