I have just try white vinegar, he has no effect on the wax. I have also try acetone (just a on old scrap blank because I don't want use this thing on the "good" blank) and even if I am very nervous about using acetone on blanks, he have also absolutely no effect on the wax. I not enjoy the idea about using very strong solvent such as xylene or powerful product such as car wax remove

That's excatly this type of effort who give to us (international customers) the idea that overseas rod builders is not a "second choice" for US suppliers. I also think is this manner, you increase potentially your sales, and our satisfaction. Definitely Mudhole is the choice number one for worldwide rod builders. Thanks again for your effort and see you on my next order.

Hello, I often see this type of offer only for US rod builders, but nothing for international customers... I understand that the cost of international shipping is too much for suppliers to get it totally free, but shipping for us (overseas customers) is over kill, and maybe if some suppliers can offer a interesting discount on shipment it was very appreciate for us international people.

Yes too many guides reduce casting distance... BUT if you put very few guides on a rod, others problems appear and will reduce casting distance. This what appens on carp rod (like medium surf rod) where this theory push the makers to make very very few guides (six bigger guides on a 12'...) Depends on rods, but I can tell you that on 12' carp rods ten small guides cast farther than 6 bigger
