Yes there is a difference. Materials & colors. Rainshadows are the RX8 & RX7 materials, Forecast are the RX6 material. On our website and in our catalogs you will see and read the differences. We had over 200 requests for our new Catalogs. I have been typing all morning answering each and everyone of them personally. The 2004/2005 Forecast Fly blanks are what we call a Mod/Fast action and come in the Dark Blue. We have had great success with these new blanks and will be adding a few new models to this series. We also have many other blanks under the Forecast label from Mag Bass to Salmon/Steelhead and many others and are available in Clear Gloss finish. These are all the RX6 Graphite ( 33 Million Modulas ). P
