Hi David,
I have had that problem aswell I have a great young guy who is a top angler and also writes for a couple of publications however we had a sponser conflict so unfortunatly I was not able to bring him onboard I do make rods for him and look after him but I just cant add him as it would open up a can of worms if i did.
My suggestion would be for you to keep him happy as a custmer but

I can't stress how important it is to bring quality like minded people on board. I dont pay my guys but i do supply them with rods at less than cost I generate most of my sales through my prostaff so it makes good sense to look after them.
As before I get my guys involved in the design process for a couple of reasons 1/ they are better in thier specific disicpline than me so we work together t

Hi I have a great bunch of prostaff these guys are responsible for getting most of my sales.
I hand pick my guys based on how they speak and present themselves which to me take priority over everthing else. They are all top notch anglers each specialising in certain disciplines together we design the best rods for there individual areas of expertise.
I make everything at cost and subsidize

Hi Jim,
Corel Draw can be daunting at first but so is driving a car and pretty much everything else once you learn how vectors work your in good shape.
If you really want to hone your skills quickly lynda.com is a great way to go you can get a 7 day trial and check it out even after that its the most cost effective way to learn new software in my opinion.

Its a very modified template of a site I built a few years back I thaught myself some basic html and adjusted the code to make it work it still needs a few changes and some more content but if I keep waiting till its completely finished it will never get uploaded. Like all sites it will continue to evolve as time goes by.

Mate compared to a really well set up guide train not a super increase in distance but it is a lot smoother which I think is the best feature. Compared to a normal shelf cone of flight MWs are heaps beter I finished a 2-6 today that my customer is going to run fluro so ill load it up tomorrow and let you know. Braid 4-8lb is great.

Hi,
I've built 5 or so now all 2-6 & 4-8 light spins they work really well mate. Pretty much followed the guide spacing from American Tackle only minnor tweaks.
They are super light and really smooth. I have used 4 & 6lb braid on them no problems go for it you will be happy.

137. Re: Microwave Guides
Built 6 or so with them so far. I'm sold on them I honestly feel my rods perform better, super smooth and they actually make my rods stand out from the crowd. All the feedback from my customers has been really positive. Good on Amtak and Doug for such a great product.
