Howdy fellas, I have a customer that wants a USA rod and I was thinking of doing a tiger wrap for him. I have done several different color combos in the tiger wrap so far but none in a red/white/blue. What color combo do you think would be the most striking and visible? I was thinking a metalic red and white on the base wrap with a blue metalic for the top thread? Do you think it would work with

Howdy fellas! I have a penn (Mariner) spin rod that I have taken in for repair. It's in need of a guide that I can't seem to match up anywhere. If anyone is familiar with this model rod I sure could use some help. It's a double foot med duty bright frame spin guide with brown/black insert. Thanks for any help on a close match up.

The big spools are the way to go for sure. Unfortunately I only make about 20 rods a year and that large amount of thread would last me a life time. Hopefully I will be able to use most of it.
