Quickline blank

While finishing clean up mode in the shop this evening I took time to look at one of the blanks I managed to pick up the Show. It is a Pac Bay Quickline fly blank. I have to tell you guys it's pretty sweet. It has a great feel and a crisp tip and the overall finish is great. I really like how the ferrules taper down to the male section. This one will defintely see a lot of action this spring.

I managed to pick up an 8wt, 4pc. Quickline also....I have to admit I was surprised at how impressive this blank feels...fast overall and dampens well in the tip. I personally don't care for the gloss black finish, but it is very well done, and goes well with any thread color you can think of. This one could have potential....
