Any of you that attended the Expo last year most likely met Joaquim Loureidro at the Electric Oven Varnish booth. His company, Mar Ktruz, LDA has just joined us as our newest sponsor. I expect Joaquim and his wife to participate here very soon (he informs me that his wife is wanting to start building custom rods). They are Portuguese so their offerings are aimed more at our European users but several dealers here in the U.S. import their products (oven, cork, etc.). They'll also be at the Expo this coming February with a wide array of their products on hand.

Went to their site, my Portuguese is a little rusty. Looked at the cork rings but I guess like you said, " aimed more at the Europeans " because I didn't understand any of it.

I think Bingham sells their cork. Somebody else too but I don't remember who Joaquim said it was.

Yes we are now selling cork rings from Joaquim!! We have sold out of our CG1 rings but have plenty of CG2 and CG3 rings and even some Utility grade rings. These rings are bagged and ready to ship!!
You can find these rings and pricing on my website under the cork ring heading.

Any questions please feel free to ask by sending an e-mail.

Thank you-

Haven't posted here before, but I have purchased some cork from Joaquim and was quite happy with what I got. Really friendly folks and great to deal with...
