Am building a spinning rod for my son in law who is an avid turkey hunter. Does anyone know where I can find a good turkey replica decal? Re: need a turkey decal

I think it is called the NWTF....Nat. Wild Turk. Fed. Check their website. Might be something there that you can use Re: need a turkey decal

Like Chris said, check with your local chapter of NWTF, I'm sure for a turkey hunter they'd be happy to help. If they do help you out, it might be an avenue for a few rods for their fund rasiers. Re: need a turkey decal

Find a picture of what you want, send it to Decal Connection and they can probably make it. Bill - willierods.com Re: need a turkey decal

Finding something small enough could be tough. Here's a link to one but it could still be a bit large, Decal Connection might be able to shrink it a bit. What kind of lure do you use to catch a turkey on a spinning rod. :-)

pennsylvania game commission has a very nice image that may legally be used.
[www.pgc.state.pa.us] click on the thumbnail, the big image will open, right click on the image and save to your computer. Once you have it, you can manipulate it with a photo program to get it the size you want then printi it onto one of the label media that everyone has been talking about on this site for a while. Best would be the white , I believe. Then you cut it out and apply to your rod. If you don't have this capability, then I think Decal Connection can make custom labels from the image. As I mentioned, PA State Game Commission says they are usable without copyright problems. If I can be of further assistance let me know and we'll go off line with it.
