Anglers workshop will hook you up with any kind of bag that you want. Give them a call and explain what you need. They have them custom made without custom prices.

I usually or my wife make my bags. I buy pajama flannel at a local fabric store (JoAnn's) when it's on sale.
I use ribbon for ties.

A trick I use for my seamstress buddies: I buy plaids, ginghams, and houndsteeth cloth.... In flannelette, or acrylic, or whatver I need at the time. All these types of textiles, have built-in straight lines to gain the best utilization from the cloth.
They can just cut and sew down any of the pattern lines, and do a great job. No weird off cut at the end of the bolt, from funny scissor cuts.
If they cannot cut down a tartan line directly, it's no big stretch to judge an accurate distance inside or outside the woven textile line.
