Sounds like a little too much epoxy was applied before pushing the two together. I had something similar happen before, I just used some 5-min epoxy (light amount in the crack) and used a 1/4" masking tape to close it up. after it dried light sanding made it unnoticeable. It seemed to work for me.

Wiltz I had a guy come up to me after church and give me several small zip-lock bags with old style guides. I can look when I get home but I think I have both gold and silver. Like others I'm not sure if they a stainless or not but I will look. Keep this post up to date and let us know if you find them. Man how quick a simple question can turn so negitive. Just stick to the man's SIMPLE question.
Who would you reccomend that has good service?
Recomend the guys that have done you right and let the individual worry about legal/Tax issues, Uncle Sam will deal with them.

Al I'm not sure what part of the Country you're from but that could make a difference in the shipping you pay. Not big deal but it all adds up. Hey Great Job!! I started to say "maybe it will pay off" but I think this is a pay off. Anytime you built a good product and the customer cares enough to give you the credit..... well let's just say SMILE.
