That sounds about right, It is off of Perry Drive about 1/2 mile North of Lincoln Way.
Being so close you may wish to join us for our monthly breakfast meetings.
Well, they really aren`t meetings, we just meet every 4 6 weeks in the summer and 4 weeks in The Winter for breakfast. We normally have 6 - 10 builders attend.

We are now just over two weeks out for our next gathering and we are 1/2 to capacity. You all know the last two weeks are when most people commit. With that being the case please don`t wait too long if you plan to attend this event.
The door prizes are rolling in and a meal is provided. Along with demonstrations, and sharing ideas and knowledge I can think of no reason to not sign up asap.

86. Tarpon fishing
I have never tried it and I know nothing about it. With that being said, I have a potential customer who would like a price on an 8` Tarpon rod only he would like it built on a Shimano Truex blank, only with the micro wave guide system.
All I know for sure is Shimano does not sell its blanks.
Can you lead me in the right direction?
Thanks,
Bill

89. Re: Mike Barkey
One time I was having trouble with the Paint program. I sent Mike am email. When he answered he asked for me to give him access to my computer here in Ohio. Of course I granted it and he made my label as we spoke on the phone.
I suppose Mike was like that through out his life, whether it be rod building, his fishing club, or what ever he was involved in. I am sure he knew everybody by name long

90. Re: Mike Barkey
It seems like everyone knew Mike, or at least Mike knew or communicated with so many builders. Mike was the first builder I met at my first ICRBE. Right off the bat he began sharing his knowledge as we sat in the lobby in High Point.
