You guys are amazing thank u, I use 40 rpm now. Exactly I saw the 200 rpm flexcoat machine and I loved it. If the CDN didn't suck right now I would of bought it. I have a flexcoat slip clutch and I want to use my felt stands I got from mudhole. Thanks again

34. 200 Rpm motor
I have a 200 rpm motor for applying. Will the blank get scratched or damaged on felt stands? Thank you for any input.

I always use Tysg 8s or Alps Tiy 8s. It will only get you a couple of more drifts.

Little heat from a lighter and cut along the top of the guide foot so you don't hit the blank. Then your finger nail or popsicle stick and heat as needed. Not to hot though.

I use prokote all the time, you have to wait 24 hours before you put the next finish. You may have not let it cure enough.

42. Re: Finish
What I always do is put a drop of finish in front with a needle and put the rod upright.

48. Finish
Hi everyone I have noticed that on the dryer 9 rpm the finish ends up on the ends and forms a hump in the middle. Like a bow tie. I put it on and its perfect and slowly it ends up that way. Thank you

They sent me a Correction, they do come in 3 and 4. They gave me the weights of the regular ones too. They have great customer service. Keep up the good work.

I heat during application but it dosn't work well for me. I always get parts with empty tunnels. Bill I am not using Cp, I usally use it but I wanted to try the look without Cp.

Hi everyone have a question guide feet tunnels. I normally use Cp so it wouldn't matter. I tried No Cp and because it becomes translucent you can see the tunnels aren't completely full. It looks awful, I tried heat but it's still not 100%. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I use prokote if its not warm enough it won't cure 100%. Its a great epoxy but it takes forever to cure. I would say a day and a half in good temp.
