Hello! Can someone com pare the SJ842-MET from MHX and the 3SW70MLF from St. Croix? I like both colors. The blankweight is different, is the action the same? Also like to read from anglers, who have only on of them in use! Best Regards, Jan

Hello, can someone compare the Action from the Batson CB66MH with the St.Croix 3C66MHM? Is the "Mod-Fast" from the Batsonblank more moderate or more fast? I am planning to use Braid for my new Crankbaitrod and can't decide between these 2 blanks ... Regards, Jan

Hello, I am very interessted in these guides! Can you say me how high the 24 mm/6 mm and the 30 mm/8 mm MicroWaves are? How does the other guides will be placed (how many fo ex. a 6'6'' rod)? Which I.D. will the second and the other guides need up to the Tip? Is the MicroWave based on a "Y" type guide from Fuji, or are there other matching guides? Best Regards, Jan

Hi, I think the guides I bought came from a spin-rod. YSG 25, 16, 10, 8, LSG 8, 8, 8, T8. The frame is a little bit like the IC or the titanium, but not quite equal. Also the frame is more shiny then matt like the normal gunsmoke. The insert is SiC, all frames are branded. Confusing ... Jan

Oh, I think I have forgotten to tell, that the 7' blank should become a casting-rod and the 9' blank a spinning-rod. The baits I want to fish with the 7' castingrod are about 13gr. an a length of 3,5 inch. The baits I want to fish with the 9' spinningrod are about 35gr. an a length of 5,1 inch. Both bait-types have short lips, floating and a diving-deep from 2-3 ft. ... Many tha

Thanks for your replies. More information: Blank is 6'2'' with 1 to 2 1/2 lureweight. It is for jerkbait-fishing. I need the longer gripsection (TCS18 reelseat starts at 27cm/ 10,5 in. from the end of the rod). I want to use LN guides (16,12,10,8,7,7,7,7) with FST7. The reel I want to use, is the Revo SLX (I think a medium-size Low Profile reel). I was thinking about to get down to a 7+1

Hello, I have a little problem. On the most castingrods I have, is the first guide mostly about 20 in. away from the upper end of the reelseat. Now I have a blank, where I would put the first guide nearer to the reelseat. About 15 in. ... Do you think this is to near to the reelseat? Regards, Jan
