This is my first attempt at marbelizing. It is on an SCIV. I am pleased with the outcome and will definitely be marbeling more rods.

I have a St Croix 5C60MF that has been sitting around for a few years. I originally had two of them. I lengthened one to 7 feet and made an awesome casting rod with it. So anyway, I fish the Bay of Green Bay and have been using ripping raps a lot more than I used to. They only cover places in the Midwest, though. I have been looking for a dealer whe sells Rainshadow/Forecast products and blanks that is in the midwest and uses Speedee. I hate paying 15 to 20 bucks for

I am building a mag bass rod and am wondering if anyone has used the rainshadow RX7 blanks. The Rod will be used with 17 lb. test mono and 1/4 to 3/4 ounce jigs. The person I am building it for wants it to be as fast of action as possible and with enough lifting power to hoist 5 pound bass out of tight spots like they were bluegills. I was looking at the IMB845 and IMB846, but don't know if th
