I have a Graphite USA BSW70H blank that I'am about to build conventional (non acid) with nsg sic guides. Just curious as to what type and how many guides the factory rod has. I would like to here what type of guides anybody else has used on this blank and how many with spacing. Re: graphite usa

Depends on how long your handle is as to how many guides to use. The NSG are strong enough but consider the LRSG too. Re: graphite usa

I used AFTCO LWRGs. I forget what the different sizes were, but the spacing starting from the tip and going from guide to guide was 3.5", 4", 4" , 5", 5.5", 6", 6.5", 8". This is one mean rod. I also have 2 65H's - one Fuji SiC and the other AFTCO LWRG. I like both. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
