Can you please tell me what kind of handles are this? What materials are they made of (cork, eva, etc.)? I can see them on many custom carp rods ...

Some vendors call them burl cork.

Have you checked out American Grips Piscari to the left? Looks like they are expanding their selection frequently.

Just beware that this can be a fairly heavy material. If you use it more for trim between natural cork sections, it won’t weigh the rod down so much.

Or, you can use a nearly full size foam arbor and bore out the burled cork to keep the weight at a minimum.

Piscari said their grip material was about 9% heavier that raw cork grips the same size.
