I've been out of the rod building for several years and I'm thinking about getting started again. I know things have changed over the years. My question is CTS still still top of the line in blanks or are there others? I use to build on CTS and a few Rainshadow also.
Thanks Terry

CTS is still a top of the line blank manufacturer, I build on their Fly Rod blanks, both Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass, in my opinion their Carbon blanks are the best compared to other companies. Their Fiberglass is equal to a couple of other small fiberglass blank manufacturers.

Terry,

Since you are familiar with the quality of the previous Rainshadow line of Blanks, you will really be impressed with the Rainshadow Eternity 2 and Immortal Blanks. Check them out through Utmost and by the way, Utmost has the best shipping rates I have found in the industry. They only charge their direct shipping costs, no handling charge!
