Phenix problem

Has anyone had problems with warranty from Phenix Rods? I got a defective blanks from them, sent them photos of the defects and they agreed to replace it. In order to save FedEx costs to Poland they offered to send the replacement to Mudhole because I frequently order from them. I had been informed that blank was sent but needless to say that it didn't arrived. They stopped responding to mail e-mail and decided to ignore my another warranty complaint.

I've been sending e-mail every month and they simply ignore them. Am I the only one unlucky with them?
