I love many Batson products, I use them and say so on my blog and forums, but I pretty much doubt those changes have anything to do with the end customer's best interest. It's just brand restructuration for marketing purposes. We lost the searchable catalogue, and the prices, to get a pdf instead...
I agree with Michal, the family business touch I loved seems to be gone. "Our main goal is to be future thinkers"... It could be a joke, but you never know for sure with those marketing guys. _______________________________________________ If I'm not going to catch anything, then I'd rather not catch anything on flies. I'm starting to guess with the roll out of new product in the summer perhaps a new website will be done. This is purely a guess. Re: Batson Website

I have the same issues with the site as everyone else. I end up emailing or calling Bill at Midwest to answer my questions and get my questions answered. Hopefully the products won't follow the path of the latest website upgrade! Marketing folks always catch the raft of the buyer, lol. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
