SURE

But if you KNOW that a car is bad in 2010 and do NOTHING about it and people DIE

Do you call that Good Change
30 years ago you could shake a persons hand -- That Was Your Contract And Both parties Respected it
Now you need several lawers and have to sign your life away

Change HAS to come with some common sense Like sell phone texing

End of Posts have a nice day

I love many Batson products, I use them and say so on my blog and forums, but I pretty much doubt those changes have anything to do with the end customer's best interest. It's just brand restructuration for marketing purposes. We lost the searchable catalogue, and the prices, to get a pdf instead...
I agree with Michal, the family business touch I loved seems to be gone.
"Our main goal is to be future thinkers"... It could be a joke, but you never know for sure with those marketing guys.

I'm starting to guess with the roll out of new product in the summer perhaps a new website will be done. This is purely a guess.

I have the same issues with the site as everyone else. I end up emailing or calling Bill at Midwest to answer my questions and get my questions answered. Hopefully the products won't follow the path of the latest website upgrade! Marketing folks always catch the raft of the buyer, lol.
