Looking for a white, silver or light gray blank

Looking for a blank, approximate specs:
9'-11' (2) pc, 15-20# line, 3-4 oz lure, target: stripers in the Connecticut River
Light Gray, silver or preferably WHITE(painting not acceptable?) Rainshadow TiCr too dark
All of the white blanks I can find are too light: 1½ oz lure weight max. Any ideas?

There is no way it can handle 3-4 oz. weights. CTS is certainly a good idea
