Hey guys have a spare Batson RDR 70M laying around and was trying to figure out what I originally purchased it for. Does anyone have any input into what types of techniques it may translate into for bass fishing. I know its a blended blank, was thinking possibly lighter cranks or spybaits or even jerk baits. Any ideas. Re: Batson RDR 70M

They are a graphite and e-glass blend intended for downrigger fishing and such. Very parabolic action... Re: Batson RDR 70M

Doesnt leave a ton of options, but if it has a good parabolic action it may not be a bad drop shot rod. I love drop shot rods with great parabolic action. Re: Batson RDR 70M

I built on one and use it for trolling crank baits in the Mississippi river. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
