eva painting

I'm somewhat new to rod building. Can the EVA foam handles be painted? I normally use cork up to now, but I see EVA handles with colors to buy. Re: eva painting

EVA foam is the most likely to compress and crack a paint job on its surface. Harder grip materials are better suited to decorative painting. Re: eva painting

The colored EVA grips you see have the color molded in. They're not painted.

Take a look at Billy Vivona's EVA photos on the photo pages for grips. He does some amazing work with EVA Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
