I just did a rod for a customer. I put the decal on the threads before I put finish on and there was a lot of air stuck behind the decal. I even tried to put a fine needle to let it escape to no aveil. Put fish on first before you put the decal on. You live and learn. Also do not sand the finish in any way It becomes cloudy and will show thought the decal Bill - willierods.com Re: Decals
