I don't remember the exact time but I'm an impatient person and I didn't get annoyed over the wait.

What do you mean "software code" . If your talking about the actual software code that gets compiled into the application I doubt you will get that. No one typically sends the actual software code. But if your talking about the application software disc then that will depend on who you ordered the application software disc from. There are several distributor sources and it will depend if they have it in stock or its backordered. Then it will depend where you live and shipping- ups, fedex, usps- overnight, next day, regular shipping. If you don't get the application disc after 7-10 working days I suggest you call the supplier to see what is happening. Did you ask for a tracking number by the way?

Ridge,

I have been waiting for five days now and it is ticking me off that you buy visualwrap program from a well-known supplier install it, and then you have to email you details and serial number that came with the program to someone else to get an activation code. Why not put the activation code in it like every other piece of software you buy.

Try resending the email key request following the instructions given with the software. Maybe the email got jacked the first time. I got mine in a few days. Have seen on some other older posts that sometimes the mail didn't get through. This software was created by an individual not a corporation and it makes sense for him to protect the time and investment he put into this application. Too many pirates out there. And protecting codes cost a lot of money. Big companies can deal with it. A single owner has some limitations.

Hi,
Just saw this thread.
I normally respond to a request for an unlock code within 2 days. Any longer than that and I've either missed seeing the email or I didn't receive it. So if I'm slow in responding it makes sense to re-send the email.

Thanks
Dave Boyle
