Does anyone have any Lakeland locking ferrules laying around? Probably around 0.5-0.6" I.D. I am looking to build a 2 piece rod. It will be 6'6"-7', 20-50, medium fast-fast action and I would like the ferrule to be under the foregrip so the top section is less than 5 feet in length. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Tom Re: Lakeland Locking Ferrule Wanted

There was a guy here off and on, Dennis Danku I think, that sometimes has some of this older stuff for sale. You might do a search for his name, send an E-mail and see if he has any. Re: Lakeland Locking Ferrule Wanted

Tom: I have one that is just a little over 0.7 if that helps. John Re: Lakeland Locking Ferrule Wanted

I don't know. The blank I am leaning towards is the Seeker Hercules Inshore Heavy and it has a 0.7 butt. I think it might be too skinny and require too much shimming up around the the foregrip area. Billy V.? Quick measurement 26-32" up from the butt? (I could play around with the length of the foregrip and/or how much to trim from the butt or tip)
Thanks for the offer John. Re: Lakeland Locking Ferrule Wanted
